Hello world. This is SoulKlap. Some of you may have heard of me, some of you have not. I'm an MC and producer from Cleveland, Ohio. This Summer, SoulEssential Recordings and The Higher Plane are teaming up to bring to you my new mixtape, Klapisms Vol. 1: A Parallax. The first single, "iOweYou," is my introduction/reintroduction to you, the fans! Whether you have heard my previous work (Soul-Xploitation, The Quan, Soulful Gangster) or never heard any of my music, you will love it. This project is for the dreamer that is too afraid to leap. The inner "Max" (see "Where The Wild Things Are") that dwells in all of us. I finally decided to stop being afraid to dream, and to let my imaginations run wild. The question should never be "Why?"
